By submitting this form it does not guarantee you have a seat at any training course or your attendance to any training academy.

Your registration is not confirmed until you receive your confirmation email from The Quantum Center's Registration Department.

Please note that your travel and accommodations are not covered with the purchase of your device.

Pre-Requisites to attend training

  • Coaching Course (please allow 2 to 3 months to complete)
  • Completed the Anatomy and Physiology Online exam with a score of 75% or higher.
  • 500 hands on hours (optional to qualify for certified specialist)
  • IQUIM Biofeedback Homestudy Course (optional to qualify for Specialist)

Items Required when you Attend Class

  • Device, Harnesses and laptop with the Clasp32 Program software installed.
  • Writing pad and writing implements.
  • Check or Money Order payable to the Natural Therapies Certification Board for $150.00 USD (exam is optional).

LATE CANCELLATION (less then two weeks) of $75 and the NO SHOW FEE of $150.
