The Quantum Center of Excellence Ordering Information

Our Ordering Policies and Procedures are described below. To view specific information, click on the short cut link below. If all of your questions are not answered here, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.

Pickup Policy
In most circumstances, we will process your order within 24 hours of receipt. We will package all items available from our shelf and charge your credit card for the amount of the items plus applicable sales tax. (For more information about our Credit Card policy, please scroll down.) We will send you an e-mail confirmation that your order is ready for pick up. A copy of your Receipt or a photo ID may be required for pick up.

If we do not have some items on our shelf at the time of packaging, we will state which items are not available in our Confirmation to Pick Up e-mail. You may notify us via return e-mail or at the time of pick up if you would like us to Special Order the remaining items. Extra charges may be incurred in some cases.

If your order is not picked up within seven days of Notice for Pick Up, we will return the items to our shelf and credit your account.

Shipping/Delivery Options

PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 WEEKS FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP. Most orders are shipped using standard, overland 5-day delivery schedules. We use the United States Post Office, United Parcel Service or FedEx under most circumstances.

Priority or Overnight shipments may be made by special request. Use the Additional Information text block to make your request.

We do not offer International Shipping to all countries.  Please inquire if we ship to your country.  Certain products will not be allowed to pass international borders due to various International Customs policies.  Special shipping charges will also apply to all international orders. You will be contacted via email with notification of shipping charges that will be billed separately to the same credit card used for initial transaction.

International Shipping Details - International shipping charges will not be added during checkout. You will receive an email notice of additional shipping costs that will be automatically charged to the same card used during this transaction. Our preferred international shipper is FedEx International. If you elect to ship via USPS International, be aware that you are taking responsibility for your package. We are not responsible for lost packages as USPS does not have an efficient tracking system for international packages. For further details please call 1-989-777-5700. All duties and taxes incurred by shipping internationally are the responsibility of the recipient. If The Quantum Center Of Excellence receives a bill for said duties and taxes we will automatically charge the same credit card used for original purchase without prior notification.

If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your Order Number on your order Receipt. Please call our store or send us e-mail with your request and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible.

Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency. All weights are stated in US measurements (1 US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg.)

Sales Tax
State sales taxes are applied to all shipments within our home State of Michigan. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside the State. Sales taxes vary according to the category of item ordered and are calculated at the cash register. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State and is not kept by this Store. If you have a question about sales tax, please contact the store via e-mail, phone or at your next visit.

Payment Policy
Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon picking and packing the order. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added if your order is being shipped to the address on your Order Confirmation. Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is shipped. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped and your credit card charged.

If your order is to be picked up at the store, we will charge your credit card at the time that the order has been packaged and ready for pickup. We will notify you via e-mail that your order is ready and that your credit card has been charged. If your order is not picked up within 14 days of Notice for Pickup, we will return the items to your shelf and credit your credit card for the amount of the order minus a $5.00 restocking charge.

Return Policy
Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds may be provided for opened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund for any reason. A copy of your receipt is required for a refund. Returned opened products are subject to a 20% restocking fee or a $5.00 restocking fee whichever is the higher amount.

Credit Card Processing Policy

Credit Card payments are processed only when we have completed your order according to your instructions and have notified you that the order has been processed and your Credit Card has been charged.
