Greetings All,

I have to say that this Masters in Motion Congress is something that I have wanted to undertake in our industry for a long time. It resembles an aspect of education that many of us obtained in our other fields of study, and that’s something referred to as live case histories, where you are able to observe instructors and other practitioners perform actual sessions on clients.

I remember at HMI, where I studied Hypnotherapy, as students we watched various instructors each take a client through a series of six sessions in live case histories, and recall how much this part of the educational process helped me to develop my own personal preferences in practice.  More than this, it gave me examples of what real sessions looked like and how they had a structure per se, but never look the exactly the same. I came out of those classes with an I can do this feeling of confidence, as well as a positive anticipation for the uniqueness of each client and session.

What I also look forward to is watching other instructors with other backgrounds of expertise apply their know-how in new ways. I know that for those who choose to watch my sessions, they will get an example of how Hypnotherapy and Spiritual Health Coaching combines with biofeedback stress reduction. Since Hypnotherapy and Spiritual Health Coaching utilize many of the same relaxation techniques that anyone in the field of stress reduction can employ, this will be of interest to many of you.

You’ll be able to see when I incorporate the relaxation exercises, and how that blends with the biofeedback program choices I am making as you watch it live on the projection screen. How the process of relaxation is supported with Quantum Biofeedback is what I believe makes a real difference in the level of profound change the client is creating, and able to experience in comfort.
